Snow of February 2010

 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.  Proverbs 31:21

We were not afraid of the snow, but these days were more of an adventure because family stopped in to take care of us. Road plows when stranded and a generator to make tea! (I mean to heat the house and allow for tea, coffee and an electric oven. We did not need a thing and gave thanks for the sufficiency we knew. After the house warmed up I ventured outside to snap some pictures of the beauty of the snow. Between living in India and Florida I have missed big snowfalls.  "Missed" might be a word to reconsider.

 For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength. Job 37:6

 

the car stayed parked; the golf cart did not!	No electricty to run the furnace; house was lower 50's before we had the generator. Many people were far more in need than us.	After a day of cutting branches, time for a little fun!
